CISF takes over security of Shirdi International Airport
PUNE: The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) formally took over the regular security of Shirdi International Airport(Maharashtra) with the sanctioned strength of more than 180 personnel headed by a Deputy Commandant-rank officer on June 6 amidst a colourful induction ceremony.
CV Anand, IPS, Inspector General, CISF was the chief guest on the occasion. Dhiren Bhosale, the director of the airport, senior district administrative officers, state police officers and other dignitaries also graced the occasion.
