Night landing facility, runway extension at Shirdi airport by August
PUNE: The Shirdi airport will see the expansion of its runway by 700m by August. It will pave the way for more domestic flights now and and for international destinations in the future.The airport is managed by Maharashtra Airport Development Company Limited(MADC). It will enter the second phase of construction work. Officials are sure that its night-landing facility will also be ready by then.
