In what can only be termed a sheer waste of public money by the Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB), footpaths which were already perfectly functional are being doctored and their tiles being replaced with new ones despite the old ones being usable. The process is being carried out at various spots in the KCB area and the project comes at a hefty cost of Rs 1 crore.
