PUNE: With several projects under Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority(MHADA) lying incomplete, housing minister Prakash Mehtaon Wednesday suggested that MHADA Act be amended to terminate the contract with private builders who fail to complete projects within the stipulated time as well as include all projects under Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA).
