PUNE: The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited(PMPML) has decided to deploy officials incognito on its buses to keep an eye on drivers and conductors.
The drive has a two-pronged focus — straighten out ill-mannered drivers and conductors, and identify problem areas on buses. The officials will blend in with the other passengers on board.
