PUNE: The Handmade Paper Institute has sought permission from the Maharashtra State Khadi and Village Industries Board to introduce new courses in an effort to boost entrepreneurship. The proposal, sent to the board in February, seeks permission to introduce training courses in making bakery products, oil extraction, and soap-making at the institute in Shivajinagar.
