Citizens’ group seeks reasons for nod to concreting work

PUNE: Municipal commissioner Kunal Kumar’s latest circular allowing road concreting till March-end has surprised citizens’ group Sajag Nagrik Manch that has been opposing the work in the backdrop of the 24X7 water supply project.
