Officials say there are environment concerns while PMC claims the project will roll by April
Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) recently approved the riverfront development plan, shelling out a hope for its early commencement. However, it has come to light that despite the announcement, clearances from the irrigation department and the environment ministry are still awaited.
